These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LOTLOT.NET website, application interfaces, and related digital services (the “Service”) provided by the Service operator (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

LOTLOT.NET provides data analytics, model outputs, and decision-support information related to equities, with a focus on Borsa Istanbul. The Service does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or brokerage. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

2. Accounts and security

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact destek@lotlot.net promptly.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud risk, or legal requirements.

3. Paid plans and payments

If paid memberships or subscriptions are offered, pricing and scope will be published on the website. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider; card, tax, and receipt flows may be governed by that provider’s terms. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

4. Acceptable use

You will use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. Without limitation, you must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, security circumvention, or activity that imposes an unreasonable load on the Service;
• Scrape, resell, or misuse data in ways that harm users or the platform;
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

Software, branding, text, graphics, and other materials are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

6. Availability and changes

The Service may be modified or temporarily unavailable. We aim for reasonable continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features or pricing with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or third-party claims arising from your use of the Service. Market outcomes remain your risk.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate authentication, payments, analytics, or hosting providers. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or email where appropriate.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
