This Refund Policy explains general rules for paid digital memberships and subscriptions on LOTLOT.NET. Your payment provider’s rules (for example, card refund timelines) may also apply. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

LOTLOT.NET is a digital service that grants access through your account. “Delivery” means enabling access to the Service.

If a free trial is offered as described on the website, trial terms follow the published notice at that time. Trials are intended to avoid charging you during the trial window; conversion to a paid plan may require explicit confirmation and payment.
3. Cancellations
Where subscriptions are offered, cancellation options (account settings, customer portal, or support) will be described on the website. Cancellations are commonly effective from the next billing period; fees already paid for the current period may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.

Statutory rights (including rules on withdrawal for distance contracts, where applicable) remain reserved. Exceptions may apply to digital content and immediately performed services under applicable law.

Please contact support before disputing a charge with your bank. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
